Worked on a series of Color Theory experiments. Inspired by color theorist Josef Albers.

Each work in this series attempts to make N colors appear as N+1 colors (e.g. 5 colors appearing as if there are 6) through a process of color exploration + composition. In each work, the colors and the work's resulting illusion were found by hand (or rather pixel by pixel).

At the time, Albers did not have the animation and computer tools that we have today to explore color interaction, so I tried giving it my best shot while exploring color interaction. This series 'Color Theory' attempts to bring his theories alive using simple animations done in Figma (see link).

All six of these works are listed on Foundation as NFTs and four of them have been sold !
